For Martini Week, our Head of Mixology has created three COYA signatures in collaboration with Ketel One Vodka: De La Costa, De La Sierra and La Selva, each inspired by the Madre Tierra of Peru.

A journey through coast, mountains and jungle, told through the art of the martini.

Expect a night of dark illusion, captivating performances and unexpected encounters, all with COYA’s signature glamorous edge.

Indulge in à la carte dining, specially created Halloween cocktails and decadent themed desserts, while COYA MUSIC DJs set the rhythm. Later, acclaimed electronic trio Arkadyan take over with their blend of live instrumentation and electronic sound.
