Are we ready for our kids to grow up? 🌱

Our last Mums Morning Club, together with MEDPALM CLINIC • Dubai MedPalm Dental | Стоматология • Ортодонтия • Виниры • Дубай was an honest, warm conversation about one of the biggest questions of motherhood.

MedPalm’s doctors shared their expert take on children’s health and gave practical advice on keeping kids active, healthy and balanced while raising them in today’s fast-moving, screen-filled world.

Hadil AlKhatib spoke about children’s nutrition: what growing bodies really need, and how to build healthy eating habits that last.

A big thank you to THE BROTH LAB UAE for being part of the morning, and to every mum who came, listened and shared 🤍

Missed it? The next talks are already on the Family Wellness Season schedule. Link in bio.

Ribambelle Dubai turns two 🎂
We’re celebrating by launching our Family Wellness Season 💚, together with MEDPALM CLINIC • Dubai and MedPalm Dental | Стоматология • Ортодонтия • Виниры • Дубай experts in preventive and functional medicine and dental care for the whole family.

Over the coming weeks, MedPalm doctors and child experts will join us for talks and honest mum-to-mum conversations. Kids get their own cooking workshops, where they make healthy food themselves, and nannies get Nannies’ Kitchen, with simple dishes whole family actually love! 🥕

No strict plans, no perfect routines. Just small steps that fit into real family life 🌿

A big thank you to MedPalm for building this season with us, and to SLO | Functional Food Dubai Chenot | World’s Leading Wellness Retreats , Airone Pilates Boutique Pure Born Arabia Hadil AlKhatib THE BROTH LAB UAE for your support and for making the night so special.
