“Al Khabbaz” is Arabic for “the Baker”, and a baker’s main tool is the dough he makes. Our secret? Simply going “back to basics”, choosing the best and freshest ingredients, making and baking the way you would at home and keeping in mind that the best food is the one that warms your heart and keeps you satisfied. And what says “heartwarming” and “traditional” better than our wood oven corner, where you can get your own toppings and use our dough to create your very own Mankousheh!
