, Chef de Cuisine Salvo Sardo sources 95 per cent of his ingredients from Italy, and all pizza and pasta are made fresh in the kitchen. The restaurant itself features an impressive wood oven taking center stage in the middle of the dining area, while the beautiful outside terrace is lined with olive trees, reminiscent of a Sicilian olive grove is perfect for al fresco dining. With all chefs highly-trained in adapting the menu for diners with food allergies or dietary requirements, Ronda Locatelli is proud to serve more than 60 Italian dishes including pizza, pasta and the celebrated avocado chocolate mousse dessert, along with a selection of tasty gluten-free items. Raised in the northern Italian village of Corgeno, on the banks of Lake Maggiore, today Giorgio Locatelli splits his time between Dubai, London and Italy.
