Our new 10-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu is deeply personal, bringing together the people, places, memories and meals that have shaped him. A favourite corner of a Chicago pizza. The first kitchen that taught him to respect every part of an ingredient. The cheung fun he loved as a child. His mother’s mapo tofu. A Christmas promise to his wife. An olive oil that became part of their home.

To celebrate the launch of Opaline by Thameen London, Jun’s created an exclusive gluten-free tart inspired by the perfume’s notes.

Poached pear, cardamom pastry cream, bergamot sea salt caramel and a crisp gluten-free crust, brought together in a bespoke dessert that captures the character of Opaline through taste, texture and aroma.

Today we had the pleasure of catering for Berluti and Level Shoes at Dubai Mall, with snacks by Jun’s and sips by 852 Bakery.

A beautiful afternoon where food, fashion and people came together.

A special thank you to Elisa Bruno, CEO of Level Shoes, for the opportunity to be part of their special event. We loved seeing Chef Kelvin Cheung and Elisa together, bringing good food, good company and a little Third Culture energy into the room.

Jun’s is incredibly honoured to be part of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 selection for the fourth consecutive year.
