Ladies and gentlemen…Magret de Canard.

This traditional French dish dates back to the late 1950s, when French chef André Daguin first prepared a magret (duck breast) like a steak and served it medium-rare.

The cut of the breast usually comes from the mulard duck, which is raised for foie gras, so its meat is thicker and more flavorful than that of other duck breeds.

We serve it with celery puree, baked apple, date chutney and Porto sauce.

We are launching Iftar menu for this revered and blessed month!
 
During all Ramadan you can visit us after sunset and try the dishes from special Ramadan set menu.

Each set is 175AED/per person and you can choose nine traditional dishes including soup, four cold mezzes, two hot mezzes, main dish and one drink. Dates, mix nuts, dried apricots and water are complimentary for the table.
 
The interior of Airelle Rouge is very pleasant and warm, with cozy seating and a lot of sofas. Come with your family or friends and make yourself comfortable inside the restaurant or at the terrace.
