Forgotten Flavours returns with Chapter III: Coast to Coast
An intimate culinary voyage through India’s eastern and western shores, exploring the ingredients, traditions and cultural influences shaped by the sea.

For one night only, Chef Vikas Khanna and Chef Ashish Kumar present a specially curated menu where time-honoured coastal traditions meet contemporary Indian fine dining.
