For the first time in the world, CLAP Dubai and The Macallan unveil the Crystal Solera System — a one-of-a-kind ritual where Japanese-inspired craftsmanship meets the art of whisky-making.

Five crystal vessels. Five aromatic spices. A journey shaped by time, precision and patience.

At its centre, The Black Cod, an exclusive cocktail created through the system, evolving as it passes through each vessel to build depth, character and complexity.
