From vibrant starters like spicy mango salad and delicate rolls, to mains layered with flavour such as rendang beef, curried seabass, and wok driven dishes, each course reflects a considered approach to modern Asian cuisine. The experience concludes with classic notes of mango and matcha, bringing a refined close to the meal.
