Focusing primarily on the quality of the ingredients, the restaurant's culinary experts have explored different regions across Italy, handpicking the finest, freshest herbs, organic products and fruits to curate a menu that abounds in variety as it does in authenticity. Giving diners a taste of ‘la dolce vita' is signature dishes like Burratina, a creamy appetizer of Burrata cheese from Apulia served on a bed of heirloom tomato salad, Fettucine al rosmarino offering rosemary herbed fettuccine with slow braised, tender lamb in porcini mushroom infused parmesan cream that hit the sweet spot with its impeccable flavour balance.
