La Parada

La Parada La Parada Bay Noakes, a top small plate spot, where we serve innovative and mouthwatering Spanish-inspired food.

La Parada Bar De Tapas first opened its doors in Bree Street – Cape Town’s hottest food strip – as a tribute to the Spanish bars that bewitched Hemingway. La Parada offers tapas born from Spanish heritage but curated for the South African palate. With an impressive interior, boasting ornate pressed ceilings, a miscellany of chairs and lampshades and an electic selection of Spanish tiles, La Parada specialises in sharing small plates that incorporates a Spanish flair and a great vibe. With many patrons popping in for afternoon drinks and a light bite, rather than a sit-down dinner – which is after all the origin of tapas – the drinks list encourages as much experimentation as the menu.

Make your first cup count. ☕❤️

This Madiba Day, your morning coffee can make a lasting impact.

From 13 July – 13 August, R5 from every warm beverage purchased at La Parada will be donated to the Kolisi Foundation to support childhood development. And on Madiba Day (18 July), that contribution increases to R6.70 per cup in honour of Nelson Mandela's 67 minutes of service.

Join us in turning a simple daily ritual into something meaningful. Every cup helps create brighter futures.
