Let me introduce you to The Zimbabwean Hospitality Mystery Shopper powered by First Protocol Hospitality and Events Management.

This initiative has been brought to book after identifying many service gaps existing in our day to day business especially for the hospitality and other service industry patrons.

Being brought to you by a versatile Tourism and Hospitality professional and a Business Development practitioner. This will be a solution for organisations to realise their service pitfalls and get a comprehensive strategic solution to tackle the service problems so as to retain loyalty with customers.

We are targeting Hotels, lodges, motels, fast foods restaurant, restaurants, supermarkets, and all other facilities where quality service delivery is deemed to be of high priority.

The head of this initiative has got more than 9 years in the Hospitality industry where he worked on various roles that may include Guest Relations, Guest house management, food and beverage management, sales executive, business development executive and is a holder of Bsc honours in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an MSc in Strategic Management. He is passionate in skills development, customer relationship management, selling just to mention a few.

The initiative will give a room for anonymous service experience assessments with which a report and recommendations will be submitted to respective authorities and relevant actions made by the strategic bodies in the organisation.
