VIDA e Caffè Bethal is looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable team member who can confidently perform both barista and food preparation duties.

We are looking for someone who brings energy to the counter, takes pride in their work, and understands that great service creates loyal customers.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence when assisting customers
• Attention to hygiene and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Accountability and punctuality
• Pride in delivering quality every shift

📝𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 -
• Prepare quality beverages and food according to VIDA standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Stock control and rotation
• Assist with stock counts
• Work shifts, weekends and public holidays
(This is not an exhaustive list, but includes basic responsibilities)

📃𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 -
• Matric (preferred)
• Coffee/retail/food experience
(advantageous, but training will be provided)
• Must live in or near Bethal
• Serious about long-term employment
• Must communicate in Afrikaans & English
• Own reliable transport essential
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
