I wonder what would happen if i sliced a potatoe, oven baked it until it crisps, pour some parmesan cheese, add two different cheese sauce made from scratch then steam it on this bamboo boat with my favourite herbs?

This is by far the best article I have read about Chef Benev and his culinary journey.

Most people that interview you look for loopholes, and create “juicy” stories to tarnish your reputation all in the name of getting likes and retweets.

Yet this story perfectly captured where I am currently mentally, spiritually and career wise. Thank you so much for this honest and truthful article.
