A race that you need to train hard for....
And a race that you need to train your brain to keep the body going...

I had the privilege to meet stunning people training for Comrades. They started early mornings from Tour de Boschkop Pitstop Cafe with my great friend Coach Steve Dikobo a Top athlete who shared his knowledge with the runners Motivating and guiding them the last couple of months while preparing himself for this race.
