The idea for SOC started whilst our dr coffee was running around coffee plantations for his PhD, slowly smuggling some of the most amazing coffees back in bag and experimenting with roasting. He assembled a small team, which has grown as the brand has exploded over recent years. The team are all equally passionate about coffee and the craft and science of quality coffee.
