This is one amazing meal. Most likely the only imported delicacy by South Africa from The Kingdom of Eswatini. Whilst the dish is a common African plate known as Ugqoko in Zululand, the same plate is known as Umgcwembe in Eswatini. They just know how best to use it! You will be dazzled by the traditional platter style serving of no less than 3-to-4 types of meats and none of them are fish... Africa barely ate from the ocean!
