Merak is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. We are a refined yet relaxed venue, known for a distinctive Mediterrasian menu that blends Mediterranean and Asian influences.

This role suits a confident leader who values quality, consistency, and creativity, and who wants to grow with an established brand.

What we’re looking for:
• 4–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong leadership, organisation, and kitchen management skills
• Passion for menu development, training, and continuous improvement
• High standards for food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Calm, reliable, and solution-focused under pressure
• Experience with cost control, stock management, and suppliers
• Interest in building a long-term career with Merak
• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
