‼WE’RE HIRING | RESORT MANAGER ‼

An exciting opportunity is available at Hide Away Resort in Bela-Bela, Limpopo!

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and motivated Resort Manager who is ready to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our resort.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hospitality management experience, excellent guest-service skills and the ability to manage staff, accommodation, housekeeping, reception, maintenance, stock control, events and general resort operations.

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Takes ownership and accountability
✨ Maintains high standards
✨ Works well under pressure
✨ Is organised and solution-driven
✨ Has a valid driver’s licence
✨ Is willing to work weekends and public holidays when required

🌿 MARKETING, SALES & PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR

This is a full-time, on-site and field-based position for someone who enjoys getting out into the market, meeting people, finding new opportunities and turning leads into confirmed business.

Your focus will include:
• Actively finding and approaching new clients
• Visiting government departments and corporate businesses
• Generating accommodation, conference, function, wedding, group and day-visitor bookings
• Building long-term client relationships
• Creating and managing social media content
• Following up leads and converting enquiries into paid bookings
• Actively developing mid-week business
• Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets

🚗 A valid driver’s licence is essential.
The position requires regular client visits in Bela-Bela, surrounding areas, Limpopo and Gauteng.

We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, organised, self-motivated and SALES DRIVEN. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, corporate/government sales, marketing or promotions will be highly advantageous.
