🍕 PEPPERONI UPGRADE! 🍕

We’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pepperoni…we think we’ve found it! 👀

We wanted something with the right biteable size, plenty of flavour, and importantly, one that doesn’t release so much oil that it takes over the pizza.

After testing a few different options, we’ve found one we’re really happy with. 🔥

So going forward, we’ll be maximising the pepperoni on our pizzas, so much more delicious, meaty, crispy pepperoni in every bite. 🤌🍕

It’s all part of us constantly tweaking and improving to make sure every Slice Society Pizza is as good as it can be.

More pepperoni. Better size. Less oil. 🍕🔥

We like to keep things consistent at Slice Society Pizza, which is why every one of our pizzas starts life as a 350g dough ball, carefully weighed out before being balled and left to ferment.

That gives us a 12” Neapolitan-style pizza with plenty of room for those delicious toppings, while still giving you that light, airy crust we love. 🤌🍕

It might look like a simple step, but weighing every dough ball individually helps us make sure every pizza gets the same care, every time.

Then later, it’s into the white proving tray to slowly develop all that flavour and those lovely Neapolitan-style crusts before tonight’s service.
