Twice the Talent: Meet the Dynamic Duo behind Two Fold Coffee + Kitchen

Phil brings 15 years of expertise in the beverage industry to Two Fold, curating the coffee, tea, beer, and wine we serve. Outside of work, he enjoys going to shows and watching horror movies with his cat.

With over 15 years in the kitchen, Andy is the culinary force driving our menu. When off the clock, he loves cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and enjoying any kind of noodle soup his wife & 2 kids.

A massive shoutout to these legends for working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring Two Fold to life — we appreciate you both more than you know!
