But behind the scenes at Byron’s, we’re already looking ahead to autumn and winter, and we’re getting rather excited. 🍂☕️

In just nine months as a new business, we’ve learned so much. About our customers, our village, what you love and what makes Byron’s feel like Byron’s. ❤️

Our Carrot Tray Bake has become a real Byron's favourite. Wonderfully moist, gently spiced, topped with a generous layer of smooth buttercream icing, and finished with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts for the perfect crunch.

Whether you're catching up with friends over coffee or treating yourself to an afternoon pick-me-up, this is one bake that never disappoints.

Our Jammy Coconut Loaf Cake and Chocolate Chip Tray Bake celebrate two timeless favourites, lovingly handmade using recipes refined to bring out the very best in every ingredient. Familiar, comforting and beautifully nostalgic.

As the seasons begin to change, so do our ideas. We're developing an exciting collection of new drinks and dishes, with something much bigger taking shape for winter. We can't wait to share what's next with you all.❤️🐾

We're open today from 10am until 4pm, so why not treat yourself to a great coffee?

Our own signature blend is small-batch roasted especially for Byron's, and one of the compliments we hear most often is how smooth, balanced and full of flavour it is. It works beautifully in everything from a rich flat white to a refreshing iced latte.

Every coffee, including our decaf, is freshly ground to order, and with our premium espresso machine, precision grinders and automatic tamper, every cup is made with consistency and care.

Great equipment is only part of the story though. Our baristas are passionate about making every coffee the very best it can be, and we can't wait to welcome you in today. ☕✨

By baking in small batches, we're able to offer an ever-changing range of cakes and sweet treats that you won't find anywhere else. It also means we're always tasting, tweaking and refining our recipes, making sure every bake reflects our values and our passion for creating something truly delicious.

For us, it's never about making the most cakes, it's about making the best ones. From timeless favourites to new seasonal creations, we're always striving to bring you the highest quality and the tastiest treats every time you visit.

Layers of beautifully seasoned pastrami, mature cheddar, crisp pickles, and a generous helping of authentic American deli-style mustard, all perfectly toasted until golden and irresistibly melty.

What a wonderful first week back it's been! 🐾 💕

It's been such a pleasure welcoming so many of our lovely regulars back through our doors, meeting lots of new visitors, and catching up with you all after our holiday. Thank you for making our first week back so special – we've loved hearing your stories, seeing familiar faces again and welcoming new ones to Byron's.

We're also absolutely delighted that our new cake flavours have gone down such a treat! 🍰 Seeing so many empty cake plates and hearing your lovely feedback has made all the baking worthwhile.

Some weeks remind you just how lucky you are ❤️🐶

Coming back from our holiday and opening the doors again has been such a joy. Seeing so many familiar faces, welcoming new customers, and hearing the café buzzing with conversation has reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

To top it all off, we've also been featured in the Basingstoke Gazette. It's a lovely moment for our little family-run café, but more than anything, it feels like a celebration of the wonderful community that has supported us from day one.
