ICook Eco-inspired seafood feasts at your Airbnb, hotel, or home. iCook because You're on Vacation. After a day on the water, nobody wants to shop, cook, or clean.

That’s where I come in. I’ll arrive with oysters on ice from Treasure Coast Shellfish and a signature iCook Punch to welcome you. While you relax, I prepare a full Old Florida seafood boil outdoors in professional boil pots — so your home stays fresh. The feast includes potatoes, corn, sausage, clams, mussels, crab, shrimp, and your catch of the day if you bring one. Dinner is served family-style

with salad and bread. After serving, I take my gear and dishes with me, leaving nothing behind but full bellies and memories.

✨ Nobody cooks. Nobody cleans. Everybody’s on vacation.

Where iCook Began

This photo was taken in the kitchen of our beach house on Figure Eight Island, North Carolina.

Long before Facebook, Airbnb, YouTube, or smartphones.

Back then, I'd spend my days throwing cast nets for shrimp, baiting crab traps, fishing from the dock, and digging clams from the flats.

One summer I gathered enough seafood to prepare a full bouillabaisse dinner for more than a dozen family members.

That experience sparked a lifelong love of both marine biology and hospitality.

Looking back, I realize it wasn't really about the seafood.

It was about this.

People gathered around a kitchen island after a day spent outdoors.

Sharing stories.

Sharing food.

Creating memories.

Thirty years later, that's still what iCook Hospitality is all about.

A great trip to Saint Simons GA last week. We celebrated my dad with seafood. Paella day 1 with chicken thigs, sausage,a nd shrimp. Day 2 - Grilled oysters, steamed clams in garlic butter and mussels steamed in fresh tomaoto sauce. Salad and bread. The next day Sandcastle flounder sandwiches and a low country boil for dinner! Holy cow.
