Yesterday, our tables filled with laughter, stories, familiar faces, and new friendships. The first day of the season reminded us that a restaurant is never just about food — it's about people.

Sous-chef, pastry wizard, Belgian cook, and part-time happiness manager — Mickael does it all (and usually with a grin on his face).

He’s the kind of guy who can whip up a perfect dessert and boost team morale before the coffee kicks in. ☕💪

Always creative, always upbeat, Mickael believes that balance is everything — in life and on the plate. Whether he’s crafting the final touch on a dish or cracking a joke mid-service, he’s here to keep the flavors bold and the vibes even better.
