Episode 11: Picnic Above the Clouds ⛰️🍃

Still in Kandy, still soaking in the slow life…

This time, wifey and Rasta Junior called for a picnic — and Hantana was the only place that made sense.
A place filled with her childhood memories, now becoming part of theirs.

Up in the lush green tea estates, they found the perfect little spot — quiet, breezy, and full of life 🌿

And of course… Rasta never shows up empty-handed !
🍗 A quick barbecue chicken turned devilled, Rasta style
🥘 Rasta Junior on the pot with her own parippu curry
🥥 Appachchi & daughter duo grinding fresh pol sambal on the stone

A full-on feast… on a mountain edge, with nothing but nature all around.

Good food. Good company. Great memories.
