Having to make some extras this week and next so we can take things home to sort the timings for Hogmanay boxes, had some left over beef bourguignon and an extra tray of Dauphinoise so made some small pies for the market. None left!! Staff enjoyed them greatly for lunch!! Bloody delicious I had to say!
