- 10 buah bakso sapi
- 10 buah telur puyuh kupas
- 1 tangkai daun bawang, seledri potong kasar
- Gula, garam secukupnya
- Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
- Bawang goreng
- 1,5 liter air

Bumbu halus:
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 2 siung bawang merah
- 1/2 sdt merica butiran

Bahan:
- 300 gram pete (kupas kulit)
- 12 butir telur puyuh rebus
- 3 sendok makan sambal cumi baby
- garam dan gula secukupnya
- 1 ruas lengkuas geprek
- minyak goreng

Bumbu ulek:
- 4 butir bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 15 butir cabai rawit
- 2 butir kemiri

Cara memasak:
1. Tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas sampai harum.
2. Masukkan baby cumi dan pete, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan telur puyuh, tambahkan sedikit garam dan gula. Oseng merata.

Resep Bakso Oseng Mercon Pedas
40 m 12 bahan
Bahan-bahan :
1) Bakso sapi 300 gram atau 30 biji
2 ) Daun jeruk bentuk angka 8 sebanyak 2 lembar
3) Tomat merah 1 buah, belah jadi 4 lalu iris tipis
4) Air 200 mili liter
5) Fibercreme 1 sendok makan
6) Gula merah 1 sendok makan
7 ) Garam dan penyedap jamur secukupnya sesuai selera
8) Minyak goreng secukupnya, untuk menumis
9) Bawang putih 5 siung
10)Bawang merah 10 siung
11 ) Cabe merah besar 50 gram
12 ) Cabe rawit merah (cabai setan) 100 gram
