Today’s the day! NEW FLAVOR DROP! Each month we drop the flavors for the following month! Today we are dropping flavors for the Month of APRIL!

-BANANA SALTINE-
A delectable banana Victorian filled with banana pudding and saltine, cracker, toffee and a brown sugar sour cream frosting

-VERY LEMON BLUEBERRY-
An upside down lemon blueberry cake with cream top frosting :)

-YUZU OLIVE OIL VICTORIAN -
MY FAVORITE CAKE! Literally has take over as my favorite cake. Yuzu olive oil Victorian with preserve lemon curd and rhubarb compote (rhubarb is starting to come in, but if rhubarb is not available, we’ll sub strawberry

-KEY LIME PIE VICTORIAN-
do you love Keylime pie? Because I love Keylime pie! I love Keylime pie so much. I want it and cake form, but I also wanted to have like as much graham crackers is like a possibly into it. Key lime Victorian, Key lime, curd, and graham cracker cream top frosting.

-PASSOVER CAKE!-
A oolong and candied kumquat olive oil cake with Matcha glaze and cream top frosting. NOTE: Please let us know if you would like your frosting with or without dairy, the cake is already dairy, free and parve for Passover.

—EASTER CAKE—
We’re doing a little vintage special for these guys :)

1) carrot cake with passionfruit filling and passionfruit buttercream (butter yellow)

2) hummingbird cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream (Canary egg blue)
