🔴尽管硬尾鱼 (Cencaru)是一种普通的鱼, 但是经过我们的精心烹饪和独家调味辣椒，它的味道可变得一点也不普通，叫人欲罢不能，一口接着一口！

🔎硬尾鱼有一层硬皮。将自制的酿料塞满鱼背的两侧，然后放入油来香煎。当要享用时，慢慢的掀开那一层皮。已被煎至金黄色的酿料，肉质鲜嫩的鱼肉映入眼帘。因为有硬皮的关系，鱼肉会非常保湿，因此口感会非常好。轻轻的咬一口，鲜嫩的鱼肉，帶着一股焦香和微辣。。。这滋味保证让您回味无穷，感受家乡味！😋😋

🔴所谓 "Makan Cencaru Petang",意思是先苦后甜，就好比我们在吃辣椒硬尾鱼时，必须先撕开外皮，才能品尝到里面鲜嫩的鱼肉😍

记得小时侯，妈妈在准备煮辣椒硬尾鱼时，都不要人帮忙，因为妈妈做事都是要快快做完。所以只好在旁默默观察妈妈用的材料和做法。
其实，制做辣椒硬尾鱼可不简单，从选鱼，清理鱼，淮备材料，煎鱼到包装都不能马虎。
在清理鱼时，一定要确保鱼清洗乾净，以免吃到苦味。材料也用妈妈祖传下来的秘方，方能保持古早味。
我们在处理每条鱼时，都用足心思，而不是因为要快而草草了事。所以.希望顾客们除了吃到鱼的香味，也能感受到我们的诚意。Our Chilli Cencaru fish is the best choice for the gathering as a barbeque dish.
