Ever experienced the uneasiness, apprehension and mixed emotions that comes with changes in life ? Issa heart pumping something 🤔

On which new course are you?🔸start of a new month🔸moving to a new location 🔸becoming a parent for the first time 🔸becoming a wife or husband 🔸taking up a new job or position 🔸learning a new discipline 🔸the start of a new government 🔸giving a speech for the first time 🔸acting on a vision only you can see 🔸meeting a need you may not have capacity for and more.

You see yourself longing for the old or comparing the new with old?

New wine needs new wine skin!

Charting A new course comes with:
💪lots of learnings
💪 setbacks/struggles
💪makes you doubt your capabilities sometimes
💪brings anxieties
💪is handled with great care and caution.
💪is a threshing ground - tried and trusted , you can’t be the same again

As much as old experiences, patterns and mindsets lays some foundations, they shouldn’t be set as the main blocks for the new course.

💡Seek spiritual direction for every new course. There is always the spiritual bringing a recourse to the physical. There is a God behind the scenes.
💡Don’t keep carrying the household gods about ie. Don’t keep bringing up the old patterns, thinking and actions. UNLEARN TO RELEARN.
💡Get acquainted with every opportunities availed to you to learn, don’t postpone or ignore them.
💡Seek physical help ... asking questions isn’t dumbness; don’t let people’s opinion box you in.
💡Don’t be overly conscious of your personal profile - your age, qualification, years of experiences, no of assets, who you know and more may not count on your new course.

💡Lastly, Humility, Faith and Patience does it all!
It comes through prayers and brings massive favors.

Interestingly, charting a new course gives the privilege to cut back time. In the flash of speed, you can overtake the level you thought you were before and wonder why you didn’t take the step since.

Putting on my cap again as a customer service professional and a talk and do 😀

I am dropping the long TIPS for fellow business owner colleagues. Customer service goes beyond being nice. Sales goes beyond posting pictures, the behind the scenes attitudes says it all.
Leaving loose ends to take care of itself in transactions is all shades of wrongs.👇🏼

1. Don’t push order challenges back to clients. You can ask for their suggestions after you have truthfully explained the challenges especially if it is with a delivery or sourcing raw materials but never leave the resolution hanging on their neck
2. It isn’t because you are the best option always nor that they don’t have alternatives they buy from you.
3. That product may be a NEED or a WANT to the customer. The customer has a right to determine which suits and can make any decisions from their choice.
4. If your hands are too full or the deadlines are lean, you are free to reject the order. Some clients do ask if you can deliver because they know it may be tight - if you jump on it, then deliver you must. Don’t throw the blame game shoves
5. Tell the client if you run a seasonal business. We know the rains are here, it can’t keep being a reason for delivery failure. If you worked in a corporate environment, would you be absent from work cause of rain or harmattan? Well it may depend and you will sure exhaust all means before taking a decision.
6. No matter your line of business - food, clothing, shelter .etc, know today that you remain a PROBLEM SOLVER. This means solutions are inexhaustible, find them, give alternatives, discuss them with clients and reach an agreement.
7. Not delivering Orders as to when we agree is a BREACH OF CONTRACT even when there are no written rules.
8. Know always that customers feelings is part of the experience you offer them.
