Come join Pat’s Diner girls, friends, and family for a celebration of Pat’s life and opportunity to reminisce about Pat and her beloved Pat’s Diner. A gathering at the Salisbury Public Library will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 3:30-5pm. All are welcome and invited to share in remembering Pat and to participate in the exciting plans for a memorial to be placed on the common across from the diner. 🤍

Since the news of Pat’s passing has become public, I would like to invite those who knew and loved her and Pat’s Diner to share your memories and messages here in honor of Pat and the impact she had on the local community and so many loyal customers over the last twenty years.

November 19, 1930 - November 21, 2021
Newburyport, MA – Patricia Poulakos Archambault, 91, of Newburyport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Anna Jaques Hospital. Pat was the owner of Pat's Diner in Salisbury and was always there to greet her customers who she always treated as family. Proud of her Greek heritage, Pat's Greek specialties were a trademark of Pat's Diner.

Pat Archambault, former owner of Pat’s Diner, will be at a presentation and showing of a model made of the diner. She would enjoy seeing her customers and friends at Pita Hall on Plum Island on Thursday, Sept. 16th from 6 to 8 pm. All welcome! Light refreshments and meet & greet.
