Seafood tastes different when it comes straight from Apia’s waters.

At Paddles, our chefs pair local catch with Italian inspiration for an unforgettable dining experience.

At Christmas, the table matters most.

The people around it, the stories shared, the moments that linger.

To everyone who has joined us this year — thank you.
From our family to yours, Merry Christmas.

Midweek dinners don’t need a reason.

Sometimes the best plans are simply sitting down somewhere that feels right.
