Gần đây mình nhận được 2 review 3 sao vì lý do là: Đối diện quán có công trình đang xây dựng ồn ào, bụi bặm.
Các bạn à, đây cũng là nỗi đau của chúng mình. Nhân viên nhà mình cũng đã và đang phải chịu đựng cảnh làm việc ở môi trường ồn ào và mệt mỏi mấy tháng nay. Đương nhiên là quán cũng không thể đổi địa điểm chỉ vì hàng xóm xây dựng, sẽ thật tệ nếu chúng mình nhận được đánh giá xấu chỉ vì yếu tố khách quan này.
Vì vậy, mong bạn đến quán hãy hiểu cho chúng mình nhé. Cảm ơn bạn ạ!

During Sapa's off-peak seasons, I seriously considered promoting our restaurant to attract more visitors. But just thinking about how, a month ago, we didn't even have enough tables for all the customers, I stopped myself from thinking about it.
For the next year, I just hope to remain a small, hidden gem for those who genuinely come to eat. If I could open a much larger restaurant, I would open my doors with the utmost confidence!

As I prepare to step into a new year, I feel grateful to still be working and creating dishes for my guests. This time, it’s a special exploration of hummus sauce — a healthy, comforting dip with endless possibilities for flavor variations. I’m planning to add four new hummus-based dishes to the menu.

Honestly, I’m very excited to share my cooking journey with you. We continue to cherish and pour our hearts into this little eatery. So please come and experience our plant-based dishes as if you were listening to a story being gently told.
