We've been a little quiet lately.

Between Covid, listing Heoland for sale and bit of a drought on good smoking wood it's been crazy.

Anyway, until we solve our smoking wood supply issues we are still doing what we love, making sausage and we've kept just enough wood to smoke a few more batches of bacon.
