Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival and support An An Bakeshop and Egg and Caphe. We honestly didn’t expect this much love, and we’re so overwhelmed and grateful. An An Bakeshop is popping up at Egg and CàPhê this Saturday with a little something sweet for your Mid-Autumn Festival!

I'll be bringing my homemade snowskin mooncakes in 3 yummy flavors:

🌕 Custard Salted Egg – creamy, rich, and a little savory
🌕 Purple Yam – sweet, earthy, and oh-so-pretty
🌕 Matcha Red Bean – earthy matcha with a classic red bean filling

📍 Egg and Cà Phê
🕦 Starting at 11:30 AM until sold out!

Come grab a coffee (orr matcha!), enjoy some mooncakes, and celebrate the season with us. I'll have a limited batch, so come early before they're all gone!

Start with OG if it’s your first salt bread, it’s the one that started it all.
Go sweet if you love creamy fillings. Go savory if you want something unique.

So you know how mango sticky rice is like THE dessert every summer? 🥭 Like it doesn't matter where you are, if someone pulls out mango sticky rice, you are STOPPING what you are doing lol
That's exactly the feeling I wanted to capture in this cake 🥹 mango mousse, coconut pudding, and that chewy sticky rice layer all in one slice!
