Display case of tomahawk steaks at Chinook at CDA Casino. Such an amazing evening. Thanks to and your culinary team for being gracious hosts of this month's chapter meeting.

Check out this tomahawk we had at Chinook at CDA Casino Eats. 35-day aged beef. Melted drippings from a bone marrow, brown butter, and tallow candle finish it off with some Maldon sea salt. Executive Chef Alex Santos, is presenting, and is a newly certified CEC! Thanks for letting us have our Chapter meeting at your restaurant!

The Spokane Complex Wildfires have affected more than homes and businesses—they've also displaced countless pets who rely on the care and compassion of our community.

Our Chapter is proud to support Spokanimal as they provide food, shelter, and care for animals impacted by the fires.

**Current donation needs include:**

* Dog food
* Cat food
* Kitten & puppy food
* Blankets
* Towels

If you're unable to deliver your donation, we're happy to help. Contact us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to arrange a pickup.

In addition to donations, Spokanimal is urgently seeking foster homes for animals displaced by the wildfires. Opening your home, even temporarily, can provide a safe place for a pet while their family focuses on recovery.

Our chapter is committed to supporting our community during this time of need. Over the coming days, we'll continue sharing ways to help through trusted local organizations working directly with those affected by the Spokane Complex Wildfires.

Every donation, every act of kindness, and every helping hand brings hope to our neighbors—both human and animal. Thank you for standing with our community.

As chefs, we believe in caring for our community both in and out of the kitchen. Our chapter is committed to supporting our neighbors during this difficult time and will continue to share opportunities to give through trusted organizations, ensuring that 100% of donations go directly toward helping those affected by the Spokane Complex Wildfires.
