This guy right here - he’s the genius behind all these incredible flavors. I’m not just saying it because I’m his wife (Melissa, here). He really has a talent for food and flavors and it’s incredible! All these flavors you taste are HIS! It’s amazing how he comes up with all of it and then executes it all with excellence. That’s the meaning behind “Eclectic Creamery” Nope, not electric… eclectic! (Lots of jokes about this 😂). His goal is to really bring something unique. Something you’ve likely never had before and will not be able to find anywhere else.

We have to give all the glory to the Lord for all he has done with this business so far. We are so grateful for all of you who drive out every weekend to get pints of ice cream. Many of you follow us to different pop ups from Woodstock to Canton to Milton. I know how much it means to Taylor to see all the regulars. You are the reason why Colin & Craig will be able to keep going! We can’t wait to see you this weekend at the Woodstock Market.

Love, The Prewett family.
