💨 Important Update for Tomorrow — We’re SO Sorry, Ball Lovers 💨

Tomorrow we were supposed to serve at the Handcrafted Fest of Ale, and we were really looking forward to it… but our vent hood decided to wake up and choose violence.

With us frying inside what is basically a metal hot box, a non‑working vent hood = a giant nope.
So until we get this fixed, we cannot safely serve.
Trust me — if there were ANY way to make it work, we would.

We’re genuinely sorry to everyone who was planning to come grab their balls. We’ll keep you updated the second the hood is repaired and we’re cleared to roll again.

🐾 Saturday Update — Barktober Fest Change of Plans 🐾

Our first service for Saturday was supposed to be Barktober Fest in Algonquin, but the village hit us with a curveball.

Even though the event was on private property and the hosts did everything right by contacting the village ahead of time, Algonquin is… let’s just say… not very food‑truck‑friendly unless they are the ones sponsoring the event.

So yes — we were cancelled on.
It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is.
We genuinely hope Barktober Fest goes fantastic, and we appreciate the original opportunity.

BUT — your ball fix is still happening.
We’ll be at the Autumn Barn Bash in Ringwood from 3–8pm on Saturday.
Come out, enjoy the fall vibes, and grab your gluten‑free goodness.

Rolling into the second week of October and we’ve got a stacked lineup all the way through the end of the month. Fall events, dogs, barns, b**r, ribbon cuttings, distilleries — basically the full Midwest autumn starter pack.

🍁 Chicagoland Gluten Free Fall Fest — Thank You + A Few Clarifications 🍁

Today was the Chicagoland Gluten Free Fall Fest at Brother’s Field in Long Grove, and first things first — THANK YOU to everyone who came out, waited, supported, and showed up hungry for balls. You’re the reason we do this.

Now… let’s clear up a few things so everyone has the right info:

We were NOT the organizers or hosts of this event.
We were simply there to sling balls and feed the gluten‑free community.

Mid‑service, we were told to shut down and only sell what was already cooked.
Shortly after, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Marshal shut down the lines and closed the event before 2pm.
This was completely beyond our control — we were just as surprised as you.

We’ve already spoken with the event hosts about finding a better, safer, more functional location for next year so this doesn’t happen again.

To everyone who waited in line for so long only to end up disappointed and ball‑less — I’m truly sorry. We wanted to serve every single one of you.
