Dear Bartow Regional Medical Center Team,

Thank you for hosting the Rockin Lumpia Filipino Food Truck for our first visit to your location today. We had a wonderful turnout and completely sold out of food.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Brianna for coordinating this opportunity.
Having also had great success at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, we truly appreciate the continued support from the BayCare community and hospital staff.

We look forward to returning soon.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Best regards,

Rockin Lumpia

Yes I will be working this afternoon from 3-7pm.
Outside of work, some of my favorite activities include reading, singing, and cleaning. Here’s a little love song by Merle Haggard that I thought you might enjoy.😊

Dear Valued Rockin Lumpia Customers,

We are currently exploring ways to offer healthier menu options at our food truck, as promoting nutritious and quality food is very important to us.

One change we are considering is transitioning to beef tallow for our cooking. Because this is a premium ingredient, it may require a slight increase in our menu prices.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on this potential change. Please let us know your thoughts on this idea and whether you would support this update.

Thank you for your continued support.🥰

Sincerely,
Jeff and Carmen Green
