🍞😍 LOOK AT THAT CINNAMON SWIRL!!

A customer sent me this picture of her Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Loaf, and I couldn't love it more! 😍 That swirl is exactly what I've been working toward!

Sweet cinnamon swirled throughout, plump raisins in every bite, and just imagine this toasted with a little butter. 🤤💜

🍥 WHEN “I’LL JUST TRY ONE” TURNS INTO THIS… 😂💜
A new customer reached out wanting to try one of my cinnamon rolls, but he only wanted ONE because he didn’t want to commit to a whole order until he tried it.
Fair enough! I told him I was happy to make him one. 😊
About 15 minutes later, I got these messages…
“Oooooohhhhhh Myyyyyyyyy Gooddddddd!
This thing was soooooooo good!!!!!
Jesus Christ!!!!!”
Then:
“These things should be in stores!”
“You with your own bakery shop!!!!”
“Wheeeew! Hands down the BEST!!”
And because apparently the cinnamon roll wasn't enough… 😂
“Oh yea that cookie… yea Crumbl needs some lessons from you!!!”
😂🔥 I'M NOT MAD ABOUT IT.
Being newer to NC and building a customer base from scratch isn't always easy. But THIS is exactly why I keep showing up, creating, testing, baking, tweaking, and putting my heart into every single thing that leaves my kitchen.
One customer at a time. One bite at a time. One “holy crap, this is WICKED GOOD” at a time. 😂💜

I literally chose my workout video for the day. 🏋️‍♀️
I was going to pull this beauty out of the oven, let it cool, and then go work out.
And then… I ate it, like licked the plate clean ATE IT. 😂

My confession: I don’t like pumpkin. 🎃
Until today.
I took one bite… then another… and somehow wiped the plate clean.

I literally told Mike, “I would never go out of my way to buy anything pumpkin spice… but THIS? I would.”

So apparently, I’ve been converted. 😂🎃

So apparently I decided to take on a BIG DIY project. And by big, I mean “what the hell did I get myself into?” big. 😂
Today’s agenda: power tools, lumber, sawdust, and apparently putting these muscles to work. 💪🏼😏
