Freeze dried Nectarines are back & they will be available tomorrow morning at the Alachua County Farmers' Market, along with our new freeze dried Plantain Chips!

Our newest added item is finally complete!
-Freeze dried Plantain Chips-
We will for sure be bringing these to Alachua County Farmers' Market next Saturday.
We patiently waited until they were good & ripe then added a little dusting to add to their sweetness!

We have 14 varieties of freeze dried fruits, 4 types of freeze dried herbs & 5 different freeze dried candies today!

Our freeze dried Plantains did not finish in time today for tomorrow's morning market at Alachua County Farmers' Market but the freeze dried Ginger sure did!
We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow, bright & early!

We have 14 different FREEZE DRIED FRUITS to choose from here at Alachua County Farmers' Market

One thing is for sure with this type of business, there is always going to be trial & error with trying out some new items.
The plantains didn't all ripen this week. For the few that did, we freeze dried but they didn't taste very well so we decided to pull them from the inventory.
We will try again when they all fully ripen!
