On May 27, 2021, Masala Craft officially opened its doors during a time when the world felt uncertain and everything around us seemed to be changing overnight. Starting a restaurant during the middle of a pandemic came with many unknowns, and at the time, we could not have imagined what the next five years would hold.
Words cannot fully describe how thankful we are for every guest who has supported us throughout this journey. From day one, Masala Craft has existed because of each and every person who walks through our doors. Whether you joined us for a quick meal, celebrated a special occasion with us, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by to say hello — thank you for being part of our story.
To our guests who have continued to support us year after year, thank you for your trust, your kindness, and your enduring support. Thank you for your patience on busy evenings, for your understanding on days things took a little longer, and for continuing to choose us time and time again despite the challenges that come with being a small restaurant.
Over the past five years, we have had the privilege of creating so many meaningful connections — with longtime friends, familiar faces, and new guests who quickly became part of the Masala Craft family. Watching this community embrace us, celebrate with us, and grow alongside us has been one of the greatest honors.
What started with uncertainty has grown into something far beyond what we could have imagined, and we do not take a single moment of it for granted.
