This is the last weekend that you can grab my scones at The Spot Coffee and Finery but don’t worry, you can still get scones and other bakes from me directly!

Scones are sold in batches of eight and can be kept at room temp for four days, or frozen and enjoyed weeks/months later!

If you’re interested in adding some deliciousness to your week, message me directly to get your scones!

The sweetest cake for a tea-party-themed birthday 💕🪽

When my client reached out and shared her vision for her daughter’s birthday cake, I was immediately so excited!! I think if you asked four-year-old Stella what her dream birthday cake would look like, she would’ve dreamed up something just like this one!

Flowers, bows, an actual teacup topper, and, of course, so much pink came together to make the most perfect birthday cake for the two birthday princesses!

Dark chocolate cake with ＦＲＯＴＨＹ ＭＯＮＫＥＹ espresso soak, chocolate ganache and espresso buttercream filling (using Frothy Monkey 12 South beans), covered in vanilla buttercream using the best butter from KerrygoldUSA ✨

I had the honor of making Kahawa Java Shop four year anniversary cake! If you’ve had Kahawa’s coffee, you know how tasty it is so you know I had to make a cake fitting for their delicious drinks!

This was a dark chocolate cake with coffee milk soak, chocolate ganache and espresso buttercream filling! I made the coffee soak and espresso buttercream with Frothy Monkey 12 South beans (Kahawa’s signature!). The chocolate ganache was made with the yummiest Ghirardelli Chocolate Company chips and I used the best Kerrygold USA Irish butter for the buttercream 🤭
