Happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

Today we pause to honor and remember those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. We are grateful.

We also want to share an update with our August Table family. After much thought, we have decided that for the foreseeable future, our White Stone store will be open on Fridays and Saturdays only.

We are a small business, and like so many of you, we are feeling the weight of these times—rising gas and food prices, and the uncertainty that comes with it all. We understand that shopping and visits have slowed, and we truly understand why. You are doing what you need to do for your families, and we respect that completely.

We are so grateful for every one of you who has supported us along the way. We hope to see your smiling faces on the weekends, and as always, our online store is open 24/7 whenever you need us.

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
2-3 dates (pits removed)
1 scoop chocolate protien powder
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
2 tbsp uncooked oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
8 oz oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
2 cups ice cubes
Cacao nibs for topping (optional)

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until the smoothie is a rich and thick consistency, ensuring the dates and oats are fully blended.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy with cacao nibs sprinkled on top.
