First deliveries are coming in today while my son Max builds out the new retail fridge. It’s feeling real, and I’m so excited! I know folks have been eagerly awaiting more news of our opening, and it’s looking optimistic for mid-July. I finally have a plumber and an electrician on board for next week, making it possible to move forward with inspections the week after. I’ll be posting much more regularly on socials now, and when I have a definite opening date you’ll be the first to know! ⚡️🩵

What’s in your bowl? With this amazing weather we’re having on the Oregon Coast, I’m so so happy to bring the daily (big ass salad) back into my routine, and soon, into yours! I know I’ve posted mostly dough so far (😅) but healthy prepared foods are a passion of mine, and will be the major focus of the Hunky deli and grab and go set up. When working as an holistic nutritionist, a big part of my job was running a healthy meal prep and delivery service. Those of you who know and have loved it, will see a return of this, just via the store. Those who haven’t tried it but want to, get excited! If you’re looking for food that helps you thrive on the daily but also tastes amazing, I’ve got you!

Leftover GF pizza dough turned into cinnamon roll bites. They taste as good as they look, and with the slow fermentation they’re easy to digest too. What do you think, do you fancy a bite?
