For the past 3 days, every road leading to Panini has been closed due to the LADWP water main break. Empty streets. No traffic. No easy access.

Yet after nearly 40 years, we’ve learned that obstacles don’t define us—how we respond to them does.

Every morning we unlock our doors, fire up the ovens, and keep serving our community with the same passion we’ve had since 1986.

While infrastructure repairs are necessary, small family businesses shouldn’t be left to carry the entire cost of these disruptions alone.
