What a great day yesterday, y’all sold us out!

We do our best to make sure we prepare enough for the demand, but sometimes we can fall a little short. We appreciate your understanding that as we approach the end of the day it is very possible that supply starts to run low. We slow smoke every item fresh for hours, and never freeze product, so a mid day resupply is not always easy to achieve.
With all of that being said, BRISKET IS BACK!!
Whether you’re walking the rail trail, boating or wading in the pond, it’s a great day to stop by and grab a delicious meal!

We have finally put together a tentative menu to give everyone an idea of what we are all about. Please note that not everything will be available until our grand opening, Memorial Day Weekend, and that prices and availability are always subject to change based on market price and availability. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to serving the community!
