We’re excited to serve y’all as we kick this bbq season off this weekend!

We’ll be at St Thomas in Weirton both Saturday and Sunday every weekend this year.

On the menu this week will be:
prime brisket, pork spare ribs, original sausage, jalapeño cheddar sausage and chicken quarters

Homemade Sides include Mac n cheese, jalapeño coleslaw, potato salad and banana pudding

If you’ve been smelling that wonderful barbecue aroma rolling through downtown lately, that’s us getting the 1,000 gallon offset rolling again with premium post oak shipped straight from South Texas!

📍 St. Thomas Church – 300 Three Springs Drive
📅 May 30th & 31st
⏰ 11 AM – 4 PM (or until sold out)

We’re bringing:
Prime brisket, spare ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork
OG sausage & jalapeño cheddar sausage
Chicken quarters

All sides made from scratch:
Mac & cheese, jalapeño cole slaw, potato salad

New to the menu this year!

Pickle-brined, pit-smoked, and dripping with flavor.

These chicken quarters take a long soak in our house-made pickle brine, get hit with our rub, then ride the smoke till they’re fall-apart tender and unbelievably juicy.

Weirton, we’re excited to finally get back at it!

Join us for opening weekend Saturday, May 30th & Sunday, May 31st at St. Thomas Episcopal Church 11am-4pm (or until sold out)

📍 300 Three Springs Drive
(Corner of Three Springs Dr & St. Thomas Dr; entrance to Kroger)

We’ll primarily be there every Saturday & Sunday this season, but we’ll always post here in advance when we plan on being elsewhere.

I’ll share our menu and other specifics as we get closer to opening day.

We can’t wait to see everyone again and serve the Ohio Valley with authentic Texas BBQ!

I survived my first winter in years! (Barely 😆)

We’re close to getting things rolling again and will be announcing opening day soon once the weather decides to act right and we can nail down a date. Appreciate everyone who has been asking!

We’ve also got some new things in the works as we look to expand what we’re doing this year that we’re eager to share with y’all 👀

Hey y’all!

Due to next week’s weather forecast, this Saturday will be our last pop-up of the year! We’ll be set up at Green Acres Cafe from 11am until sold out (around 3–4pm). You can dine in or grab it to go, so come on down and get your BBQ fix while you can!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s come out and supported us this season, it truly means the world. We can’t wait to fire things back up in the spring and take it up a notch.

I also want to thank my family and Kelli for all the help week in and week out. It takes a rockstar crew to pull off even one day of barbecue, and I’m so grateful for each of them.
