Est. 11-22. My name is Peter Baird and I am the owner of this newly established pizzeria in Canton, NC.

I worked there for eight and a half years and then Charleston, SC for the last nearly seven. After acquiring all the knowledge and experience from these two fast paced establishments I wanted to branch out and build my own brand. The Valley name comes from the Hudson Valley area of New York where I grew up. A place I find very similar to Western North Carolina, which is why we decided to plant our feet here.
