❗❗❗Elderberry Syrup Preorder❗❗❗

It's time for the monthly elderberry syrup preorders! If I have any left in the batch, they will be available for first come, first served. But preordering will be the primary way to get it this year. When you preorder, you know that your items will be available when YOU are available to pick them up!

Preorder Steps:

💻 1. Comment on the original post with how many jars you'd like to order. We will reply to your comment to confirm the order.
Your elderberry syrup will be in the fridge with your name on it.

📝 2. To check out, you will fill out the check out sheet that’s in the farm stand with your name along with your order and any other goodies you pick-up while shopping. Payment methods accepted in the farm stand are cash, Venmo, and CashApp.

🫐 Orders close Tuesday at 8 PM.

🕰 We are open from 10:00-6:00, Thursday-Saturday.
🏚 The address is 41 Britts Way, Waynesville.

🐄 We have more than a dozen jugs of raw milk left today, and since this is our last day open for the weekend, we are cutting the cost.
Normally, $8 per jug. Today they are $6 each or 2 for $10.

We have a terrific restock on our popular soups just in time for the chillier weather! It’s really a great selection with soups of all kinds- all your favorites plus a few new ones to try. All of them are salt free with no preservatives or msg. Just terrific freeze dried veggies, beans, and herbs. Deliciously flavored. Many of them are gluten free as well!

These soup kits make full pots of soup with some simple additions like chicken broth or meat. Super easy!

I had intended to make this Mediterranean veggie wrap on a bigger tortilla shell, but I forget to unthaw them. So taco size it is!

Other than cooking the brown rice, this whole meal goes together in less than 5 minutes- including the time to take the ingredients out of the fridge and put them back.

Burrito shells
Roasted pepper hummus
Baby spinach
Matchstick carrots
Brown rice (cooked)
Feta cheese
Olives

Just spread the hummus on the shell and then layer everything else on according to your tastes!

I’m not sure you can even call this a recipe. It’s more like a meal idea, I guess. Either way, it’s tasty and good for you! Plus all the colors make me smile!

Is it weird that I love a pretty slice of bread? 🙃 We had enough dough left this week to make a small loaf of the Mediterranean sourdough bread. I just cut me off a slice, and it looks so pretty. 🤩 I had to take a picture.
